By accessing and using Best on Ground ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Best on Ground is a fan voting platform that allows users to vote for the best performing players in NRL (National Rugby League) matches using a 3-2-1 points system.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Best on Ground and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. NRL team logos, player images, and related content are the property of their respective owners and are used for fan engagement purposes.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting votes and other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best on Ground and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best on Ground, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
